Great question! I always start with where ever you're at. I'll get a current snapshot of your satisfaction in several areas of life, and go from there.
Overall, my focus is on helping you increase your satisfaction in one to two key areas of your life, and provide some recommendations on reducing stress and prioritizing your self-care so you can move forward in a positive way.
