Well-being Life Coach, Meditation Teacher, Mindfulness Educator, Psychology Professor
Hi there! I’m Meg, a mom of a teen, a wife, and a dog mom to Lucy. We live in Longmont Colorado. I founded my business, The Integrated Heart to offer services to alleviate stress and anxiety. I use coaching, meditation, mindful awareness practices, and positive psychology to calm the nervous system, elevate well-being.
I’m all about practical tools that are simple + easy that you can activate in REAL TIME to destress and experience peace and ease so you can open yourself up to the joy that is around you and accessible everyday.
Life is a rollercoaster and I consistently use the very same tools I teach and offer to my clients and to the thousands of students who have learned and practiced these tools in my stress management classes. I'm so happy you are here!
