To make your meditation a daily habit:
A 90-minute one-on-one session with meditation instruction. In this first session you'll receive and practice using your mantra (based on the place, time, and day you were born).
A second 75-minute follow up session will happen a few days later with additional meditation instruction and answer your questions.
Following the first session, you'll have 3 weeks of Voxer support from me for accountability, encouragement, and questions.
Digital follow-up lessons so you know how to perfect your practice and to explore higher states of consciousness.
