I'm a certified Life Coach, Meditation Teacher, Psychology Professor, Mindfulness Educator & a Mom. As a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University, I teach stress management to hundreds of students a year.
I integrate my certifications from Deepak Chopra in Meditation, Ayurvedic Lifestyle, and Well-being Coaching to help my clients activate joy + positivity + self-care. I do this with simple, daily, scientifically proven practices in my intimate 1:1 coaching packages, workshops, and digital courses.
As a mom the strains of anxiety, uncertainty, and feeling like a failure most days defined my moments. I was obsessed with doing mommyhood “right”.
At age 40 I dove into mindfulness, meditation, and the daily pursuit of joy which completely transformed my life, my relationship with my husband and my daughter. I’m a better parent and partner because I learned the simple + easy tools of meditation, mindfulness, and positive psychology, offering me emotional support and awakening more joy, gratitude, and peace.
I learned there was another way than... the constant go, go, go, perfectionist-oriented mode, always living in the future, and checking the boxes. This way had left me depleted and constantly unsure of my worth. This new way felt like a constant connection to peace + purpose.
Now my purpose is to support the women who are the caregivers + doers of the world. The women who have checked all the boxes, reached all the goals, but feel as though something is still missing.
The woman who finds herself constantly obsessing over the next thing to-do in life, yet life is still falling flat and feels unsatisfied for her. Somehow in the constant caregiving, this woman is often stressed and anxious and has left her joy behind.
This woman is ready to leave the endless striving behind and start showing up as the absolute favorite version of herself + feeling good + finally enjoying her life.
